We are looking for participants for a research study on music therapy and cancerrelated distress.
If you qualify, you will receive 12 free weekly music therapy sessions (starting in September) with an experienced professional at the Music Therapy Clinic, Department of Music, Art, and Culture Studies, University of Jyväskylä.
You may be eligible if you:
Completed your last active cancer treatment (surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation) less than two years ago.
Are 18–65 years old.
Have sufficient English skills to engage in the study.
Are not terminally ill.
Have no diagnosed mental health conditions such as psychosis, bipolar disorder, active substance abuse, or active suicidal ideation.
